Job Description

Required - Must have experience in residential mortgage domain (Borrowing loan from the Bank, Servicing, default management etc)

Good Real Estate / Mortgage domain knowledge

Good understanding of US Residential Mortgage Knowledge, Process and procedures.

Knowledge in Loan Underwriting / Credit Risk will be an added advantage

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Com - Commerce, B.Sc - Any Specialization, B.A - Any Specialization, B.B.A - Management, BCA - Computers, Other Graduate) OR (PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required) OR ( Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required)

Required - loan origination through underwriting for Purchase, Cash out, Refinance, HELOC loans, etc.,

Coordinating with the Loss Mitigation team and Bankruptcy team for queries in Foreclosure

Required - Excellent Communication (written & spoken) with team handling experience

Preferred - Onsite Transition/Migration experience

Open to night shifts
