Desired Profile

• Must have 4-8 years experience in Coding, testing, analysis, documentation and maintenance work in Java
• Experience in J2EE, JSP, Struts, Hibernate, Spring
• Experience in analysis and design
• Strong communication skill is a must
• Requirements analysis
• Mapping of data elements
• Design consolidation application and reports
• Creation of design documents and test cases
• Development of consolidation application and reports
• Mentor the team on technical issues
