The HR department is responsible for the daily administration of plans and systems related to employee compensation & performance, development and administration of corporate policies, procedures and management directives. The recruitment team handles all activities associated with the hiring process for employees.
Responsibilities:
· Sourcing candidates through cost effective sources
· Prescreening candidates and assist recruiters in the entire recruiting process.
· Maintain database of candidates appearing for the recruiting process
· Assist in coordinating new hire induction.
· Update reports periodically
Key Result Areas:
· Source through most cost effective options - portals, headhunting, etc.
· Adhere to deadlines and ensure candidates are hired within the SLAs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required)
