Job Description

1. The person will manage specified projects assigned to him. While a good handle on demonstrated project management skills (inclusive of exposure to SDLC and SCRUM, Agile development process and relevant processes with project management)
2. Should have experience in requirement management for .NET applications
3. Should have interacted with onsite and Offsite clients independently
4. Should have experience in client handling (Internal and External).
5. Experience in full cycle implementation of software development projects using

a. .Net/C#/ASP.Net/ADO.Net.
b. Good knowledge of SQL Server.
c. Strong concept on Data modeling and Database design.
d. Should have knowledge on WPF/WCF, SILVERLIGHT, Share point(optional).
6. Experienced in process adherence to CMM level and PMP.
7. Should have experience on analyzing new projects and provide effort estimation.
8. Aware of Change Control Procedure / Processes
9. Allocation of tasks to team members.
10. Should have experience in Code Review and Design Review.
11. Client Interaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:(UG - B.Tech/B.E., BCA - Computers) AND (PG - M.Tech, MCA - Computers)
