ITO – Technical Support Associate (ITO-SD) Walk-In on Monday 20 Feb 2012 for a giant leading MNC in Pune.
Job Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Qualification and Criteria:
* Only candidates with good English communication skills should apply.
* Qualification - Graduates (across all disciplines) viz. BE, B.Com, BBM, BCA, Diploma holders (3 yrs), 12th / II PUC pass out candidates with 1 experience can also apply.
* Candidates should be willing to work in Night Shifts
Candidate Profile:
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills who is willing to work in Night Shifts.
* Working knowledge of desktop PC and peripheral devices and understanding of network protocols, hardware and Network E-Mail Systems (Exchange & Outlook), Windows OS (XP/2000/ NT) in a network environment.
* Knowledge in Word Processing, Spreadsheet and Database Software packages.
* Should be able to interact and solve Client / Customer technical queries.
