Job Description

a. Should be able to assist the Project Manager for timely completion of the projects.
b. Should be technical sound.
c. Should be able to do estimation, costing and budget reports for the project.
d. Should be able to prepare the planning schedules and progress reports.
e. Should be able to check and certify contractor’s bills.
f. Should be conversant with the various services like plumbing, electrical, firefighting etc.
g. Should be able to achieve and maintain the highest quality standards as may be desired.
h. Should be good in co ordination with the various Architects and Consultants.
i. Should be able to maintain all the records as required for ISO standard.

Desired Profile

a. B.E. ( Civil ) . Knowledge of computers especially AutoCAD, MS Projects, Prima Vera will be an added advantage.
b. 7-11 years experience in commercial / high rise projects preferably with a developers group.
