Job Description
* Inbound voice based U.K sales process
* Travel experience
* Excellent communication skills.
* Willingness to work in a 24x7 shifts.
* * Capability of handling & materializing all kinds of sales queries.
Desired Profile
* Conversion of a call into a sales call and thus generating revenue to the company
* Receiving calls and providing the passengers with the best possible routing for their destination and competitive fares available in the market.
* Make professional, accurate, cost effective travel arrangements for clients while providing excellent customer service.
* Helping clients with travel planning, business packages, vacation packages as well as travel advice & information.
* Selling vacation packages including flight, hotel, car and extra activities.
*Meeting targets while maintaining quality.
