1) Designation: Desktop Engineer
Experience: 1-4yrs
No. of Position: 9

JD:
-Good Communication Skills (4 on 5)
- Should be open to work in 24*7 environments
- Should perform user account creation, deletion, and configuration.
- Provision of the over-the-telephone calls logging, 1st Line Support.
-Basic troubleshooting experience needed along with knowledge on the Operating System.
-Configuring and Trouble shooting of MS OUTLOOK.
-To solve the technical problems remotely.
-Knowledge of Software Installation.
-Troubleshooting the Hardware and Software problems.
-Logging Tickets on priority basis of critical Issues using TICKETING TOOL.

2) Role: Desktop Engineer (should be working on Win7 deployment)
Experience: 1-4yrs
No. of Position: 5

JD:
