We are conducting Walk In Interviews for Agency Development Manager(Agency Channel) on 20th, 21st, 22nd Feb 2013

Job Location:-  Trivandrum
Responsibilities:-
- Achieving the sales target in her/ his area.
- Recruit, build, maintain and motivate the agents.
- Ensure that the sales force is able to achieve planned business results.
- Assign territory to the sales force; evaluate the territorys market Potential and competitive influences.

Package Offered: - up to 2.6 lakhs + reimbursements + incentives

Desired Profile

- Qualification- Graduation must
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales of insurance products. Preferably from Mutual fund, Life Insurance, General Insurance, Broking, and Bank(off roll candidates from general insurance can be considered)
