Job Description
01. To provide assistance with respect to complaints, queries of the insurance center members, clients and clear all the pending cases in coordination with the principal insurance companies;
02. To provide back office support to the department with respect to filing, records keeping, cover note issuance, Client Data Base and business MIS (weekly / monthly);
03. To ensure that the information of Client Data Base shall be kept as confidential & Proprietary to your Employer Company;
04. To accept premium amount from Trainee/ Senior/ Personal Financial Planner and ensure that the same shall be deposited to respective Insurance Companies within a day.
05. To provide timely and personalized claim settlement services to the clients;
06. To ensure customer retention & provide customer services tasks.
07. To perform administrative tasks like ensuring office cleanliness, payment of bills of electricity, water & telephone, proper working of office equipments ( computer, biometric and internet connection ).
08. To coordinate with Zonal / Head Office regarding any administrative matter.
