PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:
Building Intranet and Extranet portals and collaboration solutions using MS SharePoint technologies
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and develop intranet projects
Manage branding for intranet and extranet applications
Develop web-parts, sub-sites, and other various SharePoint components
Promote SharePoint as a collaboration tool
Maintain code and documentation
Work with end users to ensure a quality product
EXPERIENCE:
Proficiency in .NET, Visual Studio, SharePoint Designer
Proficiency in C#, XSLT, CSS, HTML, IIS
Demonstrate a basic understanding of Object Oriented Programming
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply various programming techniques and processes
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Must have the ability to multitask effectively
Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills
Must be able to clearly communicate with technical and non-technical associates
Must be self-motivated and also work in a team environment
Requires a high energy level and strong sense of urgency
