We are hiring for Back Office Executives:-
Location - Noida / Gurgaon.
Designation - Process Associate
Flexible with Shifts.
Experience - Fresher upto 2 years of Experience.
Job Description:-
Organize and control workload for incoming transactions so that they are processed within required time frames.
Process transactions in a timely, accurate and efficient manner in adherence with established service standards.
Escalate problems to senior staff members and or management as appropriate.
Research and resolve basic issues.
Prepare dashboards
Assist team members in processing workload as necessary.
Desired Profile
Flexible with Shifts.
Ok with Gurgaon / Noida.
Fresher are preferred.
Post Graduates in any stream need not apply.
Chartered Accounting and Other speclized financial course need not apply.
