Back Office Operations for various client requests - Banking BPO(Mortgage Underwriter)
Desired Profile
" 3 - 4 years experience in US Mortgage
2 years experience in Loan Processing, US mortgage process, Underwriting, pre - underwriting
Understanding of US Residential Market and thorough understanding of 4 Cs of Residential Mortgage and underwriting
Reconcile Debts from Credit Report and calculate Monthly income from Paystub/W-2/Tax
Returns/Award Statement/Bank Statement
Good communication skills and Interpersonal skills
Experience in client interactions
Valuation of loan documentation to approve/deny the loan.
Analyzing the risk involved in approving a loan to determine whether or not it is acceptable to the lender
Flexibility to work in shifts including night shifts
Should have a typing speed of up to 35-50 WPM"
