Job Description
The candidate would be responsible for
*Independently handling end to end recruitment process
*Sourcing, Screening and Shortlisting resumes using Naukri.com, Job Postings
*Interviewing candidates to verify their suitability.
*Strategizing and executing hiring for Supervisory & Non Supervisory Level
*Prepare Offer Letters.
*Develop and maintain pipeline candidates to meet future requirements.
*Maintaining MIS and Reports
