Skill Set
Monitoring and ensuring closure of daily/weekly and monthly deliverables of AR, AP, GL accounting process.
Timely updation of AR, AP & GL aging reports, monitoring claims/Rejects processing within SLA time limit.
Closely monitoring claims/Rejects and regular follow-up with clients for timely collection.
Complete ownership on team deliverables and handling escalations
Take initiative in the team's continuous learning.
Adherence to all Controls in the process as per SOP, policy requirements and compliance to procedures, as applicable.
Demonstrated instances of resolving issues / escalation or providing solution to customers based on assimilated functional knowledge
Understanding of upstream and downstream processes.
Ensure productivity targets are met as against the standards set for your respective process area.
Ensure timely and accurate communication with Customers. Structured call with customers & Structured feedback from customers
