Genpact is hiring for International Customer Care/ Collections- Voice Process.
UK Shift Available- Any 9 hour shift between 12 Noon to 1 AM.
Hiring undergraduates/ graduates/ freshers/ experienced
** MCA/ Mtech/MBA/ CA/ ICWA/ MSc are NOT eligible.
--Take Inbound / Outbound calls
--Has EXCELLENT English Communication Skills.
--Comprehend customers queries / Complains / Comments
--Is able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech
--Is able to handle complaints, even irate customers
