US Inbound Customer Service:
* To handle International Inbound Calls for Spanish customer
* Resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT
* Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT Levels
* Develop strong customer relationship and provide
paramount service
* Ascertain customer needs and take action in a timely manner
