Voice & Accent Trainer- Walkin at Tech Mahindra ( BSG Division)
Job Description JD & Skill Set:
- Any Graduate
- 2 3 years of experience in Training in the International BPO Domain (Preferably in Telecom Customer Service Domain) Voice
- TTT Level 1 Certified is Mandatory; combination of V&A + Customer Service + Behavioral Training experienced candidates would be preferred
- Role is developing clarity in spoken English and minimizing grammatical errors; while focusing on Accent Neutralization
- Work Location is Tech Mahindra, Hinjewadi, Phase 3, Pune
Skill Set:
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Strong understanding of and experience in the delivery of language / accent neutralization / cultural context training
Should possess relevant experience in call barging and quality analysis in international call centre dealing with UK market
Should have collaborative skills as this role calls for partnership with operations and the quality teams
Strong people orientation
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule & willing to travel
Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
Mandatory:
- Should be open to working in shifts
- International BPO Experience of 2 3 years in V&A Training
- TTT Level 1 Certified
