Knowledge in Loan Underwriting / Credit Risk will be an added advantage

Assist the Process Leads in delivering quality work

Assist and guide the team members in processing their assignments by acting as SMEs

Responsible for team's work quality and accuracy

Responsible for the tracking errors and provide appropriate feedback to team members

As SMEs participate actively in knowledge transfer during new process transition

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, BCA - Computers) OR (PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required) OR ( Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required)

Should possess good Real Estate / Mortgage domain knowledge and should have the willingness to learn

Should understand and have ability to document policies & procedures (process)

Ability to do multi-tasking and work on multiple projects / process

Should be a good team player with good interpersonal skills

Should have good attention to detail and analytical skills

Open to any shifts
