Job Description

Responsible for reconciliation of VISA and MasterCard transactions. 

Daily download of transaction files from the Bank, Interchange & FSS systems. 

Reconciling transactions in system available at Banks site. 

Reconciliation between all transactions in the Bank logs vis--vis FSS Logs. 

Liaising with Bank / FSS teams for resolving unreconciled entries within specified time frame. 

Tracking and resolving customer disputes.

Minimum Experience required : 1 year
